The company’s journey took a transformative turn in 2022 when Dr. Phang Yok Piau, a seasoned industry expert, acquired the company. Dr. Phang’s vision has been pivotal, leading the company through a strategic rebrand to ADAS Metal Engineering in 2024 and setting a new course toward advanced capabilities and market leadership.
