Hong Teck Engineering, also known as ADAS Metal,
has established itself as a leader in steel structures and engineering solutions in Southeast Asia.
Founded in 2014 by Mr. Wong Tet Then, the company has grown from its humble beginnings to a major player in the industry. Our headquarters, located in a 3000m² facility in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, has been the foundation for delivering excellence in steel fabrication for nearly two decades.
The company’s journey took a transformative turn in 2022
when Dr. Phang Yok Piau, a seasoned industry expert, acquired Hong Teck Engineering. Dr. Phang’s vision has
been pivotal, leading the company through a strategic rebrand to ADAS Metal Engineering in 2024 and setting a new course toward advanced capabilities and market leadership.
